Karmon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Liberia and he also holds an Associate of Arts Degree from the LICOSSES Teachers College (2009). Mr. Marzah has over 5 years of experience with both local and international Non-Governmental Organizations in Liberia in the areas of administration and finance. Karmon generates marketing strategies to produce both short-term and long-term profitability, experience in budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditures, expert contract negotiator and new properties opening and acquisition.
