Our Mission
is to create a platform for dialogue and to provide inclusive and sustainable community development programs that improve the social and economic lives of the people.
Inclusivity
To ensure that our community development programmes have enduring benefits, we firmly believe that everything we do must include people from all walks of life. To achieve this, all our programmes are designed with and for community members of different genders, ages, classes, and ethnicities.
Sustainability
We aim to make lasting changes in the communities we work with. We do so by working closely together with different community members to identify the kind of support that is needed. Our focus is on enduring relationships with the communities we work with and supporting them to take ownership to implement projects that have a lasting impact.
Dialogue
At the foundation of our work is the importance of dialogue and building bridges. We see dialogue among people as key to ensure that different voices are heard and included in the building of peaceful communities and in addressing any challenges that a community may face.
