Good Governance is essential for an inclusive society. Through our work, we aim to ensure that everyone can public services and that public services are provided in an inclusive and sustainable way.

The Advocacy and community engagement approach was also largely employed during the implementation of the USAID-funded “Social Audit Project”. The Social Audit Project aims to discover how to improve the quality and quantity of citizens' access to services  at the County Service Center, including services such as birth certificates, as well as traditional and Western marriage certificates, basic social services, including traditional and Western marriage certificates.  As part of the Social Audit Project, IFACE also analysed whether or not the management of solid waste in cities within the project cluster area in Nimba County is efficient.
