Emmanuel has over 15 years of hands-on experience in various thematic areas both locally and internationally. He holds a Master’s Degree in Regional Planning from the University of Liberia, with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business Management and Accounting from the University of Liberia. He has acquired relevant knowledge and skills from various capacity building or training programs/workshops/training institutions with certificates, including the United Nations, the UNDP, DFID, AusAID, the Government of Liberia (GoL) programs, the U.S. Government programs (USAID and U. S. Department of State, etc.), and has over 15 years of hands-on experience in various thematic areas in Liberia, Ghana, Uganda, Kenya and South Sudan respectively.
