Cecelia holds a Bachelors of Science (BSc.) degree (2015) from the Adventist University of West Africa (AUWA) with several health certificates of professional nursing from the Ministry of Health’s health package and international Non-Governmental Organizations in Liberia. Mrs. Menwon has over 6 years of professional experience in community health /environmental health, integrated health programming, infection prevention, control (IPC) as Health Program Officer and Community Health Promoter, and ensures quality health care service delivery through training, refreshers, mentoring and coaching with both professional and nonprofessional staff in supported facilities and communities.
